Shipping and Handling in the USA

  • Large orders are shipped by UPS ground service; smaller orders are shipped by U.S. airmail or priority mail.
  • Please include your street address, not a PO box. Orders may be mailed, faxed or left on our secure voicemail.
  • Payment must accompany each order.
  • Major credit cards are accepted-Visa, MasterCard, AmEx and Discover.
  • California residents, please add 8.35% sales tax.
  • The service fee for returned checks is $10.

Shipping and Handling Outside the USA

  • Shipping and handling is $6.95 for orders up to $35, and 20% of the order total for orders above $35. Please note: choosing the incorrect shipping category, such as domestic instead of international, will result in a delay of your shipment.
  • For international orders, payment by a check or money order must be drawn on a U.S. bank.
  • Payment must accompany each order.
  • Major credit cards are accepted-Visa, MasterCard, AmEx and Discover.

Return Policy/Government Regulations

  • If you are not completely satisfied with your order, return any unopened, undamaged, re-sellable products within 30 days from the invoice date for a prompt refund.
  • Please package your returns carefully so that they arrive in undamaged and re-sellable condition.
  • A 20% RESTOCKING FEE WILL APPLY.
  • For the safety and satisfaction of our customers, returns cannot be offered on food, drugs or dietary supplements. All sales on bottled essences are final.
  • When making a return, please email info@Spirit-in-Nature.com and request an RA number. Please explain in detail why the return is being made.
  • This policy protects our clients from ever receiving old or tampered products.
  • Please note that we can process returns and refunds only for items purchased directly from us.
  • We cannot exchange items unless they are defective or damaged.
