Flower Essences For Women: Awakening the Feminine Principle Workshop
10:30-12:30 • $39 in advance, $45 day of event
Introspective self-analysis is a natural faculty of the feminine principle within us. With the gentle aid of flower essences, this experiential workshop by Lila Devi (Spirit-in-Nature Essences founder, author of The Essential Flower Essence Handbook and Flower Essences for Animals) will help you attune to your “inner Divine Mother.” Studies show that most women see themselves as 20% less attractive than how others see them. This workshop will focus on the gem that “beauty is only soul-deep,” and can change the texture of how you view yourself. Forever. Please bring your journal. See talk July 16.

The Expanding Light
Do you want to change yourself but feel you don’t have the time or energy to invest in self-care? Are you tired of being stuck in old patterns and ways of being that no longer serve you? This seminar features vibrational remedies to help you emerge into your own, unique “perfect well-being,” and shows you how to help others do the same.
Spirit-in-Nature Essences is the oldest flower essence company in the U.S., established in 1977. The flower essences work by stimulating our positive qualities, and are inspired by the great Indian master, Paramhansa Yogananda. Based on yogic principles of uniting us with our Higher Self, flower essences allow us to live in our center and express our deep joy. Prepared from the blossoms of 20 different fruit trees and vegetable plants, they are based on 33 years of research, analysis, case histories, and testimonials.
What you will learn during this weekend:
- Your theme essence, or predominant, spiritual quality—a concept unique to Spirit-in-Nature Essences.
- Your plot essences—those remedies that will help you to overcome current obstacles in your daily life.
- How to “stand unshaken amidst the crash of breaking worlds,” as the Indian scriptures tell us, by finding your own “inner essence.”
This program is experiential, so please bring a journal. It is advisable to read The Essential Flower Essence Handbook (hard copy or also available free online). The program begins Friday evening and concludes Sunday morning.
Testimonials:
“I continue to be amazed with the Spirit-in-Nature Essences and look forward to sharing them with those in my nursing work.” – Ann, R.N., Pittsburgh, PA
I’ve really enjoyed your theme and plot concepts, especially since I studied homeopathy and yoga. It’s wonderful to see your positive presentation. I get that plot is like an acute in homeopathy. That’s what I love about your approach. It’s really refreshing to hear the presentation the way that you offer it. I really enjoyed looking at the intro (of The Essential Flower Essence Handbook) and the different koshas.
– Inka, Homeopath and Yoga Instructor, NY, NY
“Your essences are gentle, effective healers from the life energy of Nature’s wisdom. Personally, I’ve felt an immediate release of stress and a more centered sense of well-being. My clients also report feeling greater relaxation and ease.”

Testimonials:
“My son has been on Lettuce since Sunday. Before then, he was behaving aggressively since visiting his father and girlfriend. Now he’s expressing more humor and is more the Michael I know. Happy, happy, happier! He’s been dealing with things more cooperatively and humorously.”
– Joan, Boston, MA
“I’ve seen that flower essences affect children even more than us because they’re tiny and sensitive. They’re psychically more open. They haven’t gotten hardened by the world—yet. They cry when they’re sad, and they have tantrums when they’re mad. Their energy is moving. They’re just open that way, the little ones especially.”
– Jillian, Nevada City, CA
“One of my clients shared, ‘My son cries a lot when I turn off the light at night.’ When I recommended Tomato Essence, the mother was surprised and said, ‘He’s been eating a lot of tomatoes recently—he just finished a whole bag of tomatoes!’ She reported that her son started smiling when she placed the essence on his head as he was crying and yelling. He then stabilized and calmed down.”
– Miyuki, Tokyo, Japan
